Refunds
Deposits: Our reservation deposit is $200. During our busy season (October 1 thru March 31) cancellations must be made prior to August 1 to have deposit refunded
Memberships: Non-refundable.
Early departure on Monthly Rates: Will be converted to weekly rates and balance refunded
